Policies
Payment
for
items
is due
immediately
upon
checkout
with
your
purchase.
At this
time,
we accept
both
funded
and
credit
card
Paypal
only.
If your
purchase
is not
paid
for
at checkout
it will
be restocked.
Once
you
checkout
with
an item,
it is
your
contract
to complete
the
purchase.
Please
do not
check
out
with
an item
you
do not
intend
to pay
for.
This
type
of occurrence
could
result
in a
customer
being
prohibited
from
purchasing
in the
future.
Custom
orders
must
have
all
details
decided
and
final
payment
made
within
5 days
or the
order
will
be cancelled.
It is
our
goal
to always
send
out
an item
that
meets
or exceeds
all
of your
expectations.
However,
on the
chance
that
your
purchase
does
not
work
out
for
you,
please
refer
to the
following
guidelines:
Each
vendor
will
REPAIR
or REPLACE
items
with
manufacturing,
or material
defects
for
up to
30 days
from
date
of purchase.
The
decision
to repair
or replace
will
be made
on a
case
by case
basis.
You
must
contact
customerservice@universalmama.com
to let
Customer
Service
know
of the
discrepancy.
Customer
service
will
contact
the
vendor
from
whom
the
purchase
was
made.
Customer
service
will
work
toward
a resolution
of the
manufacturing
or material
defect.
If the
item
is requested
to be
returned,
please
return
it to
the
vendor
within
five
(5)
days
of notifying
Customer
Service.
All
returned
items
MUST
have
delivery
confirmation.
No exceptions.
Returns
for
issues
other
than
manufacturing
defects
may
be exchanged
for
an item
of lesser
or equal
value.
If lesser
value,
in-store
credit
with
the
vendor
will
be issued
for
the
difference.
Or,
the
item
can
be returned
for
in store
credit
only.
All
returns
for
issues
other
than
manufacturing
defects
must
be made
within
fourteen
(14)
days
from
the
receipt
of purchase.
All
return
issues
must
be forwarded
to Customer
Service
at customerservice@universalmama.com
to receive
a return
confirmation
number
before
sending.
The
confirmation
number
must
be written
on the
outside
of the
package.
Items
without
a return
confirmation
number
will
be sent
back
to the
customer,
at the
at the
customers
expense.
All
transactions
occur
with
the
original
vendor
only.
For
example,
if you
purchase
a product
from
XYZ
toys,
and
there
is a
manufacturing
defect,
and
you
have
returned
the
item
within
30 days
of receipt
of purchase,
you
will
receive
a product
in return
from
XYZ
Toys.
If it
is not
a manufacturing
defect,
and
you
have
made
your
request
within
14 days,
in-store
credit
or exchange
for
less
or equal
value
will
come
from
XYZ
Toys
only.
Additionally,
all
guarantees,
warranties
and
any
other
protections
extend
only
to the
original
purchaser,
and
are
non-transferable.
There
will
be no
returns
on custom,
bath
and
body,
candy,
or personalized
items.
It is
assumed
that
by making
a purchase
with
Universal
Mama
that
you
have
read
and
agree
to our
policies.
It is
our
goal
to make
shopping
with
the
artisans
at Universal
Mama
a completely
enjoyable
experience
for
you,
our
customer.
Our
policies
help
to ensure
that
all
involved

transaction.
